PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING HOLIDAY TIMES WILL TAKE LONGER AND EXPRESS DELIVERY MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE. We will put notices of holidays on the website ahead of time.
DELIVERY TO MAINLAND UK
Orders between 0-2kg
· Standard UK Delivery: £2.95 per order. Delivery typically within 2-3 days.
· Express Courier Delivery: £6.95 per order (order before 1pm). Delivery within 1-2 days.
Orders between 2-5kg
· Standard UK Delivery: £6.95 per order. Delivery typically within 2-3 days.
· Express Courier Delivery: £8.95 per order (order before 1pm). Delivery within 1-2 days.
Orders between 5-10kg
· Standard UK Delivery: £7.95 per order. Delivery typically within 2-3 days.
· Express Courier Delivery: £9.95 per order (order before 1pm). Delivery within 1-2 days.
Standard Delivery will be by courier or Royal Mail depending on the weight of the order. On ordering, you can tell us a safe place to leave your parcel in the event you will be out otherwise we will tell the courier to leave it with a neighbour. Dispatch and delivery are usually within 3-4 days of the order being placed, except in certain circumstances although we usually put notification on the website in these instances.
Alternatively, please select Express Delivery option on the website at the checkout stage. Orders placed by 1pm will be delivered within 1-2 days. Please note that Saturday is not considered a working day.
We will email you when your order has been dispatched so you have an idea of when to expect it and if applicable, we will supply you with a tracking number.
When sending packages, we try to use recycled packaging in order to minimise the impact on the environment.
SHELF LIFE
· Our mixes in jars have an average shelf life of 3-6 months from dispatch
· Pouches have an average shelf life of 6-9 months
ALLERGY ADVICE
None of our mixes contain nuts however they are made in an environment which handles nuts.
