Bake Me! offers the website including all the information, tools and resources from this site to you, the user conditioned upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
By making a purchase from bake-me.co.uk you are engaging with Bake Me! and agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
From time to time we may update these terms and conditions and it is your responsibility to check this section prior to buying Bake Me! Products

1 Security and Order Confirmation
Orders will be accepted via the website.
If You pay by credit or debit card over the website, Your details are handled by Paypal on a secure server. While it is impossible for any website to be completely impregnable to fraud, Paypal offers a good level of security that You can be confident with.
When You place an order to purchase a product We will send You an e-mail confirming receipt of Your order and containing the details of Your order. Your order represents an offer to Us to purchase a product which is accepted by Us when We process payment for your order.
When We accept Your order and Your order has been dispatched, We will send a dispatch confirmation E-mail.
Customers must accept terms and conditions before placing an order.
If You have incorrectly entered Your email address Your order confirmation and dispatch email may fail. So long as payment has been processed successfully this will in no way affect Your order. Failure by Us to send a receipt confirmation email or dispatch email in no way invalidates Your offer or Our acceptance of your offer.
2 Post and Packaging
Post & packing prices are based on orders to UK mainland addresses only. We send variously by Royal Mail and courier. Delivery will be to the address specified at the time of ordering. If You require Us to dispatch to a different address you must specify this when placing your order by unchecking the box on the Checkout page of the website. The shipping address will be confirmed in a confirmation email.
If You have special delivery directions or the telephone number of the recipient these may be helpful to the postman or delivery driver and therefore, please ensure You leave details in the comments section.
FULL VALID POST CODES are required for every order. We will not send any orders without one. If You provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, We do not accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive or any costs involved in redirecting that order.
Our courier will not deliver to PO BOX addresses.
We strive to dispatch within 2 working days of receipt of an order although this is not always possible. Because delivery is handled by outside contractors, we cannot guarantee delivery although we use Our reasonable endeavours to ensure delivery on the date requested.
3 Damage and Tracing Parcels
In the event that Your order is damaged in transit please contact Us within 48 hours of receipt. If the exterior packaging or the products are found to be damaged, You must then sign “checked and found to be damaged”. If the products inside the package are damaged, please email us photographic evidence of the damaged items. We will replace any items that are damaged in transit as quickly as possible and if this timing does not meet your requirements, we will issue a refund.
If products are not delivered please contact Us for details of the tracking and tracing procedure.
If orders are considered by Us to be lost in transit after a reasonable period time has elapsed, we shall at Our discretion either refund or resend the order.
Should You fail to collect a parcel or re arrange delivery of your parcel after a failed delivery attempt and the parcel is returned to Us by the courier then You will incur a further postage charge for Us to re send the parcel back to you.
4 Non UK Mainland Orders
Our website delivery price is for mainland UK delivery only. We are happy to ship to other destinations, this will be subject to an additional postage fee which will be given on request and this additional postage must be paid prior to dispatch. Orders to Non-Mainland UK destinations may also take longer than our stated delivery time which relate to Mainland UK destinations only.

6 Prices and Product Details
All prices quoted are in £ Sterling.
Bake Me! is not VAT registered at this time and therefore no additional charges are applicable. However, should this change in the future we will make amendments and all prices include VAT at variable rates and duty charged at the rates prevailing. We will at such a time reserve the right to amend prices according to legislative change. Not every item in a hamper is subject to VAT and therefore hampers may not incur standard VAT at the prevailing rate as the VAT is calculated on a weighted average basis.
We endeavour to ensure that the information shown on the web site is as accurate as possible however we cannot guarantee that information and offer no warranties as to the accuracy.
We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those regarding price. We reserve the right to make changes to Our web site including prices, products, ingredients and terms & conditions without any notice being given.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If for any reason goods ordered are not available, You may be offered an alternative. This alternative will be offered by email. We will never ship an alternative product without obtaining authorisation beforehand.
7 Cancellation
If for any reason you cancel your order you will be liable for any fees incurred, for example Paypal fees.
8 Return Policy
If for any reason You are not entirely satisfied with any product that You have purchased from Us, because you feel they are either damaged or faulty, You may return it to Us, at Your expense, within 7 days from the date of dispatch.
Provided it is returned in its original packaging and the product has not been consumed other than is reasonable to establish the quality of the product You are not happy with We will refund the entire purchase price including the cost of postage or alternatively we will exchange the item for you.
If Your returned product is not in the original packaging or consumed more than was reasonable to establish the quality of product, We reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with that loss. We are unable to process returns or refunds on items that are just unsuitable or unwanted.
9 Title
The title for goods supplied remains with Us until full payment has been received.

16 Events beyond Our Reasonable Control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with Our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond Our reasonable control. This condition does not affect Your statutory rights.
17 Waiver
If You breach these conditions and We take no action, We will still be entitled to use Our rights and remedies in any other situation where You breach these conditions.

These terms and conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
